Definitely come back to stay!!!!
All the stay was perfect and fantastic. I love the location and facilities. The room is hugs and very comfortable. Breakfast is variety. All staff was approached and helpful. Impressed with everything. I will definitely go back and invite all my friend come here again.

Best hotel in Maikhao.
We stayed two nights with family at Avani+ Maikhao. It was a pleasant stay! We were enjoy our stay there. Special thanks to Front team and especially housekeeping team. Our room was spacious and comfortable with swimming pool. Kids were really enjoy Kids Club and activities.

Family Occasions!!!!
It’s first time at Avani+ Mai Khao the absolute best hotel. Our bedroom pool suites was perfect for our family and very spacious. Can’t say enough about wonderful our stay the staff are so friendly and polite. Location is great highly recommend and we will definitely be returning

Comfortable and Relaxing
The room is very spacious and comfortable. Facilities in the room and amenities are fully. There are many activities for children. The breakfast is variety of selections. All staff are friendly, smiling nice to provide good service. Especially thanks to Nine who provided the buggy service bring me and my family take around the resort. Definitely come back and recommend!!!!!

Our great stay
The hotel is very beautiful. Quiet place Full of nature and fresh air. The restaurant was great. (lots of food for breakfast) and while I was staying at Avani My phone was lost “Khun Nine” who drives the buggy helped me find it and brought it to me and also took me drive buggy for resort tours before I left from the hotel.

Entspannung und Ruhe in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wurden rundum gut versorgt. Die Anlage und Apartments sind sehr sauber und das Wohl der Gäste wird hier großgeschrieben. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute und frische Auswahl, wir haben uns jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Auch das Abendessen war täglich sehr schmackhaft und vielseitig. Ein großer Dank geht insbesondere an Fern, Nitty, Net & Joe Jo, die jeden Tag sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit für uns da waren, immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.
Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, was unserem Aufenthalt jedoch eine negative Note verlieh, war das respektlose Verhalten der russischen Gäste. Dass Phuket derzeit einer russischen Enklave gleicht, ist bekannt, doch waren wir sehr erstaunt über das Auftreten und die fehlenden Manieren dieser Klientel.
Es wäre wünschenswert, dass das Hotelpersonal hier einschreiten würde, wenn z.B. Essen mit den Fingern vom Teller wieder zurück zum Buffet gelegt wird oder tellerweise das Buffet in den Apartments gebunkert wird.

Traumurlaub und Gästefreundlichkeit pur
Dies war mein erster Urlaub in Thailand. Wurden hier im Avani+ verwöhnt von A-Z.

Die Suiten waren sehr grosszügig und haben alles was man benötigt und waren sehr sauber. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Am Pool gibts Handtücher zur freien benützung.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl und es war für jeden was dabei. Vermisste man was, bekam man es. Einzig das Brot ist nicht wie man es kennt von Zuhause. Plus wir sassen jeden morgen draussen. Es wäre von Vorteil wenn man abgeräumtes Geschirr mit Speiseresten direkt in die Küche abräumt. Denn dies lockt Vögel an.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr Gästeorientiert. Doch gerne möchte ich mich bei Sunma, Nitty und Aom <3 bedanken, welche meinen Urlaub zu einem Highlight machten. Das nenne ich Kundenservice und herzlichkeit.

Ich kann dieses Hotel allen nur weiterempfehlen und würde selber auch wieder kommen.

Super Urlaub
Waren heute Abend zum wiederholten Mal im Restaurant Talad im Avani+ Hotel essen und waren wieder sehr zufrieden, das Essen und die Getränke werden hier stets frisch zubereitet und schmecken einfach super. Das ganze Serviceteam, das teilweise uns beim Frühstücken schon bewirtet ist zuvorkommend und sehr kinderfreundlich, danke dafür. Haben heute Abend im Restaurant Talad im Avani+ in Mai Khao gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Dazu wurden wir hervorragend bedient und umsorgt von den Servicemitarbeitern danke dafür Fern, Smile, Nai und Ple.

Super Hotel / nette Mitarbeiter/ schöne Umgebung
Super tolles Hotel! Man konnte sogar das Hotel nebenan das Anantara mitbenutzen.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn man Probleme hatte wurde einem gleich weitergeholfen.
Ich hatte eine Villa mit meinem eigenen Pool. Täglich wurde gereinigt und es gab viele kleine Geschenke. Sowie gratis Wasser jeden Tag.
Ebenso wurden im Hotel auch vielen Aktivitäten angeboten die meisten waren sogar gratis. Eine Massage für 90min gab es auch gratis.

Einfach rundum ein tolles Hotel mit schöner Umgebung und netten Mitarbeitern.

Superbe expérience
Tout était parfait : accueil, chambre, propreté, professionnalisme, environnement, infrastructures, petit déjeuner à tomber...
Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
Prévoyez quand même une location de voiture car vous êtes loin des sites à visiter !

Séjour reposant en famille et un personnel professionnel
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour a Avani hôtel dans un cadre calme et reposant, le personnel est a l’écoute , je voudrai particulièrement remercier August qui a été très professionnel en nous accompagnant tout au long de notre séjour. Je conseille cet hôtel si vous rechercher le repos, la tranquillité et des plages longues a perte de vue.

Super séjour
Notre séjour était super, la chambre était très grande avec chambre séparée, le personnel est adorable, à 5 minutes de la plage, beaucoup de restaurants autour. Manque d’activité en dehors de l’hôtel dans le coin.

Une quarantaine dans les meilleures conditions!
En quarantaine (Covid oblige) nous avons séjourné dans une villa de 190m2 avec piscine. Très agréable, une piscine digne de ce nom et bien ensoleillée. Un service exceptionnel, suite à un problème à l’arrivée, un des responsables de langue française s’est personnellement impliqué et a tout réglé sans tarder, notre séjour fut très agréable grâce à lui. Le service est incroyablement attentionné, et la qualité de la cuisine n’est pas bonne, mais exceptionnelle, autant pour les plats thaïlandais qu’indiens ou européens. Nous reviendrons!
